The project is an Office and Warehouse facility on a 'green field site', with associated car parking and roadway civil works and landscaping.

The Office is a three-storey building incorporating a precast and in-situ concrete structure with steel famed 'top' floor structure covered by a metal faced insulated sandwich panel roof. Exterior walls shall be comprised of an "Alucobond" style cladding in combination with glazed curtain walling. 

The Warehouse building is a steel framed structure with a combination of precast concrete dado wall panels and metal faced insulated sandwich panel wall cladding and roofing.  

The project was completed in November 2016, six weeks ahead of program.
